What we actually hold
One person holds the whole calendar: release schedule, budgets, manufacturing lead times, licensing paperwork, royalty statements, and the daily decisions that do not fit anywhere on a schedule. Not a shared inbox and not an account team — a person who knows your catalog.
It works at either scale. A single record, where the job is getting one rollout to hit its dates. Or an entire label, run under your name and in your voice, with you deciding what comes out and us handling everything that has to happen for it to.
The point is that a slip reaches you while there is still time to do something about it. Most release problems are visible weeks before they become expensive — a plant date quietly moving, an asset that never arrived, a clearance nobody chased. Someone whose job is the calendar sees those; someone doing this alongside making records does not.
